PornSurfer respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and contributors to do the same. This page explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Filing a DMCA takedown notice
If you believe content on PornSurfer infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent below containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (a URL is best).
- Your contact information — address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notification
If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same agent containing your identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district where PornSurfer may be found).
Repeat infringers
PornSurfer will, in appropriate circumstances, remove or disable access to content and terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
