Exemption statement

PornSurfer ("the Site") does not produce, film, photograph, or otherwise create any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256. All imagery hosted directly on this Site is limited to non-explicit material — user interface screenshots, logos, and promotional assets supplied by third-party platforms for editorial and marketing use.

As a publisher of independent reviews and directory listings, and not a primary producer of sexually explicit visual content, PornSurfer is not a "primary producer" or "secondary producer" as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 2257A, and record-keeping requirements under those statutes do not apply to content hosted on this Site.

Linked third-party content

PornSurfer reviews and links to third-party websites that may contain sexually explicit visual depictions. Each such linked website is solely responsible for its own compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 2257A, including maintaining all required age and identity records for any performers depicted, and for any statements or record-keeping disclosures appearing on that site. PornSurfer does not maintain or have access to those records and disclaims any responsibility for the compliance status of third-party websites.

Reporting a concern

If you believe a site linked from PornSurfer, or content described in one of our reviews, involves a person who was not of legal age at the time of production, or was depicted without consent, contact us immediately at legal@pornsurfer.com or by mail at the address below, and we will remove the relevant listing or link while the matter is investigated.
